Why Call Me
I grew up in Camden County New Jersey. Being a life-long resident allows me to be more in touch with the local trends in the NJ economy. I earned my Undergraduate Degree in Finance from Rider University in Princeton, New Jersey. Shortly thereafter, I obtained Jurist Doctor from Widener University, School of Law and became a member of the New Jersey & Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Right after being admitted to the bar, I worked for a Philadelphia law firm where I practiced general law, which included bankruptcy. Due to my passion for representing individuals with financial difficulties, I decided to focus mainly on bankruptcy and I’ve practiced in this area of law since 1992.
In 1994, I was able to open my own practice which was, and continues to be, limited to bankruptcy and foreclosure resolution. Over the years, I have successfully represented thousands of individuals work their way through the bankruptcy and foreclosure resolution process.
I am a board certified consumer law bankruptcy attorney, by the American Board of Certification, which is accredited by the American Bar Association. This type of certification is highly respected by bankruptcy practitioners.
In order to be board certified, an attorney must meet rigorous standards relating to experience, peer review, continuing legal education – and demonstrate sophisticated knowledge of bankruptcy law and integrity. The bankruptcy reform laws specifically recognize and acknowledge the credibility of certification.
The information regarding the specifications on bankruptcy and board certification may be obtained from the American Bankruptcy Institute’s website, www.abiworld.org. The American Bankruptcy Institute is the world’s largest bankruptcy organization.
My undergraduate degree focusing on Finance is what sets him apart from other bankruptcy attorneys. Because of that degree, I will have a better understanding of which options are right for you based on your current financial situation.
I do not require a fee up-front for those who are filing for a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Any up-front legal fees for Chapter 13 is paid for through the trustee’s disbursements from the debtor’s trustee payments. This allows both individuals and families the best opportunity for a successful reorganization. All other fees are considered reasonable but will vary depending on the type of case is being handled.
Under most circumstances, attorneys are only accessible at the time the client retains the lawyer. I will provide my mobile number to all clients, but I am commonly available through my office numbers.
And all of my assistants are experienced in bankruptcy and the foreclosure process – and will be available to assist you when I am in court.
